Otherwise, expect the Nissan Patrol 2018 Safe and Smart Package to again include a good range of driver assists, including adaptive cruise control that can maintain a set distance from traffic ahead, plus lane-keep assist to automatically steer you back should you inadvertently drift from your lane. Rain-sensing windshield wipers and blind-spot and rear cross-traffic alert would also continue as part of the package.
